Up for sale is my 1967 SO42 Westfalia Camper. I purchased this bus a little over 4-years ago. It is 100% original paint and rock solid. It is the “youngest” SO42 with the highest fabric number anyone has seen at 12872. Delivered August 22nd 1967. It was a Euro delivery that was eventually shipped back to the central coast of CA. This Bus is 100% complete with rack, child’s cot, owners manual, repro corret curtains, new sisal mat, etc. Lots of patina and character but its all there and nicer than most! Mechanically this Bus has a fresh H Case 1600SP motor with a Volksbitz restored carb, freshly rebuilt big nut trans with slightly taller reduction box gears (Rusty Bottom Garage), front Disc brake conversion….otherwise bone stock. Front flors are MINT….2 small rust spots that are isolated. Perfect patina and drivability. Only selling because the kids have gotten older and we no longer use it to camp in so it doesn’t get driven.
