Up for sale is this beautiful 1973 VW Super Beetle that has been built as a period correct Baja. This rust free 73’ Super Beetle was just acquired from the second owner who purchased the car in 1979. This is a true two owner southern Beetle. It was repainted 14-years ago in its original shade of orange. The re-paint was an exterior respray only. The interior and door jambs are all original paint. This 73’ has a very healthy 1600dp that runs excellent. It does not smoke and starts very easy. The transmission has been fully rebuilt and is fitted with a vintage Gene Berg shifter. Four wheel disc brakes, 356 wheels, and Rally off-road tires paired with the lifted suspension, really give this 73’ a great vintage look!
